Refund Policy

At Budget Balancers Bookkeeping, we strive to provide accurate and timely bookkeeping services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy below:

 

One-Time Services

✔ Non-Refundable – Once work has begun on a one-time service, payments are non-refundable.

 

Subscription Services

✔ Cancellations – Subscription services can be canceled anytime prior to your next renewal date. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

 

Delayed Work Refunds

✔ If work is delivered past the promised completion time, a 25% refund will be issued for the affected service.

 

Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for:
✔ Client delays in providing necessary information.
✔ Errors or discrepancies due to incorrect data provided by the client.
✔ Third-party software issues (e.g., QuickBooks system errors).
